About Us

Charles began his tiling career at just 16 years old, starting his apprenticeship straight after Year 10. For over three years, he worked on large-scale commercial projects, primarily unit developments. Driven by ambition and a desire to grow, Charles relocated to Sydney to complete his qualifications and gain experience in high-end tiling. There, he worked on prestigious retail fit-outs for brands like Hugo Boss, Fendi, and Sneakerboy, while also gaining hands-on experience in pool work and expanding his expertise in waterproofing.

Charles holds both a Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling and a Certificate III as a Waterproofing Technician, which he has used to obtain a contractor’s license in both trades. Charles also holds an Accreditation Certificate from Adrex for the application of Undertile Liquid Waterproofing Membranes

Life took an exciting turn when Charles and his now-wife decided to return to Canberra to raise their family. It was there that his passion for residential renovations truly came to life. For three years, he worked with a highly respected bathroom renovation company, honing his skills and mastering the fine details of high-quality workmanship.

In the years since, Charles has managed a pool and bathroom renovation company, taking on everything from full bathroom renovations to new home builds. He has perfected stonework for pool coping, waterline tiling, complete mosaic pool tiling, and epoxy resurfacing. Along the way, he has led young tradesmen, mentoring them to uphold the same high standards he lives by.

Charles believes in more than just delivering excellent workmanship—he believes in people. Known for building long-lasting relationships with his clients, Charles is proud to keep in touch with many of them, often catching up over a coffee long after the job is done. His focus has always been on quality, detail, and trust.

This dedication is why Charles founded his own company: to provide Canberra with honest, high-quality workmanship where customer care comes first.

Joining him on this journey is his first-year apprentice Mason, a hardworking and dedicated young man with a passion for learning and craftsmanship. At just 16, Mason is up early every day, ready to take on the next challenge. Keep an eye on this rising talent in the years to come!
